Draw

Draw using the pen tool. Select a colour from the swatch to use with it.

Eyedropper

Use the eyedropper to select a colour from your skin and add it to your current palette.

Fill

Fill entire areas of your skin using the fill tool. Select a colour before using fill.

Move

Pan and move around the skin editor canvas with the move tool.

Decrease brightness

Decrease the brightness of the currently active colour.

Increase brightness

Increase the brightness of the currently active colour.

Erase

Erase pixels drawn on the secondary overlay layer.

Minimap

The minimap can show you the skin texture in a flat view while in 3D mode. In 2D mode the minimap switches to a 3D preview of your skin. You can zoom in and out.

Autosave

The autosave feature saves your skin automatically every 30 seconds. You can access the autosaved skins in the editor by pressing the folder icon, and choosing "Previous skins".

Toggle between editing your Minecraft skin in 2D or 3D mode.
